Flower induction & harvest timing
Flower-induction scheduling by block, phenology and cluster monitoring, irrigation and nutrition records, fruit thinning, harvest-window prediction, and size and sweetness grading by lot.
Mango
Harvest season & grading
Flowering, fruit set, and crop estimates per tree or block; fruit-fly surveillance and bagging; pre-harvest intervals, maturity indexing, selective picking, variety-specific grading, and traceability to the packing house.

The focus is supply continuity and consistent quality across planting batches that arrive one after another every few weeks.
Open-Field Vegetables
Chilli, tomato, shallot
Staggered planting so harvests do not pile up, a phenology calendar per batch, pest and disease control with pre-harvest intervals, through to sorting and delivery to market or retail.
Fruit
Melon, watermelon, banana
Harvest date prediction and grade estimation per bed, harvest labour planning, and the post-harvest handling that determines shelf life.
Packing House & Cold Chain
Horticulture downstream
Intake, grading, packing, cold storage, and fulfilment of retail and export orders — all linked back to the originating planting batch for traceability.
