Architecture

Built for weak signal, large scale, and strict audits.

The edge layer works fully without internet and catches up when the signal returns. The data layer keeps the entire history, so every figure in a report can be traced back to its original input.

Six layers, from devices in the field to corporate systems.

Enterprise Readiness

Answers for IT, legal, and internal audit.

Multi-entity & multi-site

A hierarchy of group, legal entity, estate, division, and block with automatic consolidation and data separation between legal entities.

Granular access control

Roles down to block level and activity type, connected to SSO, SAML, and your corporate directory.

Complete audit trail

Every change records who, when, on which device, and at what coordinates. Data is versioned, never deleted.

Works without a signal

The field app works fully offline and syncs automatically once the network is available again.

Data sovereignty

Data hosted in Indonesia, with private cloud or on-premise options for stricter policies.

Service resilience

A 99.95% service level agreement, cross-zone disaster recovery, and a device-based emergency mode.

* SLA figures are illustrative for this concept and will follow the final service agreement.

Integration

Fits into the system landscape you already have.

VarmOS does not demand that you replace your ERP, HRIS, or field hardware. All it needs is agreement on the data keys — block, employee, material, and cost centre.

ERP & Finance

Post cost, stock, and purchasing to SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Accurate.

Payroll & HRIS

Send attendance, bonus, and overtime data to your existing payroll system.

Field devices

MQTT, LoRaWAN, Modbus, weighbridges, and fleet GPS.

BI & reporting

Scheduled exports or a direct connection to Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.

Adoption Path

From a pilot block to the whole group in four phases.

Phase 01≈ 4 weeks

Mapping & data foundation

Digitising block boundaries, crop master data, the organisational structure, and the cost account chart. This phase determines the quality of everything that follows.

Phase 02≈ 8 weeks

Field operations

The foreman app, harvest, attendance, and logistics go live on one pilot estate, including training and hands-on support in the field.

Phase 03≈ 12 weeks

Sensing & agronomic models

Sensor installation, imagery source integration, and model calibration against the estate's own historical data. Prediction quality typically stabilises after one full harvest cycle.

Phase 04ongoing

Rollout & group consolidation

Replication across every estate, ERP integration, and a board-level consolidation dashboard. Each further estate is much faster because the data structure already exists.
